Room 101 cigars have always been known for their unique packaging and fantastic blends. Namakubi is just another example of their innovative packaging and careful attention to detail. Namakubi is the severed head of a defeated samurai. The tradition was that the head would then be presented to the leader of winning samurais.
Interesting, but not quite as interesting as this cigar! Namakubi starts with Honduran and Dominican fillers covered inside a Corojo binder. The cigar is then finished off with a dark, reddish Habano wrapper. This tasty little morsel comes off as medium to full-bodied and emits rich, think plumes of smoke that are ripe with notes of cedar, earth, and leather.
